Revenue Management Strategies: Implement and oversee revenue management strategies across the portfolio, aligning with global standards and acting as a subject matter expert. Optimize revenue through pricing, inventory, and distribution decisions, ensuring systems are updated. Utilize RMS and benchmarking tools to develop strategies that maximize KPIs. Maintain accurate planning and pricing for 365+ days and conduct monthly performance analysis by segment and competitor. Ensure rate parity and optimize distribution health.
Benchmarking & Competitor Analysis: Conduct competitor and market share analysis to outperform the CompSet, focusing on content, pricing, and strategy. Evaluate hotel performance metrics, including Occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR.
Forecast and Budget: Develop short- and long-term revenue forecasts to identify opportunities and improve profitability. Ensure accurate, dynamic forecasts by segment and day using RM systems and data analysis (OTB, trends, STLY, events). Prepare annual budget recommendations for portfolio properties.
Reports & Meetings: Prepare regular reports and lead meetings to align with hotel and operational needs. Analyze special event periods to enhance future results. Collaborate weekly with Sales, Reservations, Marketing, Operations, and Data Analytics to align revenue strategies.
Team Development & Extended Portfolio: Supervise 3 Cluster Revenue Managers and their properties, providing training and support for continuous development. Monitor and enhance RM processes, offering regular insights to leadership. Update SOPs to reflect improvements. Oversee the onboarding and training of new team members and provide technical and strategic support. Lead cross-departmental discussions as needed.
Communication: Promote the "RM Culture" across the organization, fostering strong relationships with all properties and departments. Maintain open communication with the Senior Revenue Manager to enhance processes and team dynamics.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field (MSc or Revenue Management specialization preferred).
Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multi-property or cluster setting.
Proficiency in RMS and hotel systems (e.g., Duetto, Lighthouse, TravelClick, CoStar, Opera PMS, Power BI).
Strong analytical skills, proactive, results-driven, with the ability to engage senior leadership effectively.
Fluent in English with excellent communication, persuasion, and leadership skills.
Advanced Excel expertise (e.g., formulae, pivot tables).
