Your main purpose

Cost Estimation and Analysis: An expert in costing buildings from various perspectives, starting from preliminary cost analysis during project inception to developing the cost plan for proposed developments and providing lifecycle costing analysis to maximise the return on investment

Project Compliance: Ensure that projects adhere to quality standards; work with architects and engineers to create detailed bills of quantities and tender documents; and make use of BIM (Building Information Modelling) and other modelling tools

Contractor Liaison and Oversight: Interface with contractors throughout the contracting process, including control of project expenses and estimates and payments; monitor placement and payment of subcontractors; and assure that subcontracted work meets project standards from beginning to end

Feasibility Study and Resource Management: Carry out detailed feasibility study and material quantity and cost estimates, as well as to manage workloads and time in order to facilitate the budget establishment and benchmarking

Risk Assessment, Value Management and Payment: Assess conduct risk and value management, costing for repair and maintenance and making payments to individuals or companies for work that has been completed, by negotiating contracts and work schedules

Strategic Advisement and Dispute Resolution: Provide continuous advisement on contractual claims and disputes; assess outcomes and analyses; issue monthly reporting on budget variances; and evaluate value for money on project

What will you bring?

Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field

A minimum of 5 years in a quantity surveying role, with a preference for experience in the hospitality sector

Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly in analytical components, and familiarity with construction-specific software and BIM methodologies

Membership in a professional body such as RICS is an asset

Demonstrated ability in analytical and critical thinking, with robust communication skills for both internal team collaboration and effective client presentations

Fluent in English and Greek, with additional language skills considered a significant advantage
