Your main purpose
Process Optimization: Maintain and improve the PTP process, policies, and procedures in collaboration with key stakeholders. Educate and guide teams on process excellence as necessary
Control and Standardization: Analyze and evaluate PTP process and procedures to ensure a controlled environment, identify areas for improvement, and implement standardization initiatives to protect financial objectives
System Redesign and Automation: Implement recommendations for financial system and process redesign to automate and increase efficiency
Key Controls Monitoring: Monitor and report key controls within the PTP process
Analytical Support and Oversight: Perform analytics related to the PTP process to support decision-making, provide central oversight and coordination of PTP process activities and offer comprehensive training and coaching on PTP processes to end-users
Post-Implementation Support: Support end-users in post-go-live activities to enable daily management of PTP activities
What will you bring?
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance (mandatory); Master's degree or professional qualification (e.g., CIA, ACCA) is highly advantageous
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance position, preferably with a focus on process excellence or internal controls responsibility; Experience in a business consulting firm is considered an asset
Computer literacy and proficiency in ERP packages
Advanced skills in MS Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
Proven ability to work in a team environment and to foster cross-functional collaboration
Fluent in English and Greek; additional languages are a plus
