Your main purpose
Oversee the entire construction process from planning to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.
Schedule and monitor work with the Main Contractor to keep the project on track and within budget.
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project requirements through inspections and reviews.
Coordinate with stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and local authorities.
Prepare and present project reports, tracking progress, challenges, and key developments.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, align objectives, and facilitate smooth project execution.
What will you bring?
University degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
10+ years of experience in construction project management.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) for documentation and reporting.
Expertise in MS Project for scheduling and project tracking.
Strong knowledge of AutoCAD for design review and planning.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
