C&B Reporting and Analysis: Analyze, produce, and maintain the Monthly Compensation & Benefits (C&B) reports and Budget scenarios, ensuring comprehensive and accurate financial oversight
Data Integrity Assurance: Ensure functionality, data integrity, and accuracy of C&B data through regular audits and updates
Database and Model Enhancement: Maintain and improve the current MS Excel database structure & Budgeting model to optimize data handling and reporting capabilities
Model Rollout Support: Support the rollout of the C&B budgeting model to other regions, ensuring consistent implementation and adaptation across the company
System Transition and Blueprint Development: Assist in the creation of the model blueprint and actively participate in the system transition to streamline and enhance financial operations
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage in cross-functional projects within or outside the finance department, providing expertise and integrating financial insights with broader company initiatives
University degree in Finance or Economics, supplemented by postgraduate studies in Data Analysis
Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in Finance and Business or Data Analysis, demonstrating a proven ability to manage complex financial data
Proficiency in MS Office suite with advanced skills in Excel (Power Pivot and Power Query); additional expertise in Power BI and knowledge of Visual Basic are considered assets
Experience with Entersoft or other ERP systems, enhancing data management and operational efficiency. Strong analytical abilities and creative problem-solving skills, crucial for effective financial analysis and decision-making
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, necessary for effective collaboration and communication in both English and Greek
Demonstrated team spirit and the ability to coordinate several activities across the group, thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
