Your main purpose

Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple internal systems (POS, inventory, procurement, finance) to ensure accurate F&B cost reporting.

Develop and maintain automated dashboards and KPIs (food & beverage cost %, variances, stock movements) to support data-driven decision-making.

Analyze trends and anomalies to identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational efficiency.

Prepare regular and ad-hoc performance reports for senior management, supporting reviews, supplier assessments, and procurement decisions.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Procurement, Operations, and IT to align data definitions, enhance system integration, and improve reporting accuracy.

Drive system and process improvements, supporting BI tool implementation (Power BI, Tableau) and standardizing F&B cost reporting across all properties.

What will you bring?

Bachelor’s degree in Data Analysis, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar analytical or administrative role.

Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and at least one BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, etc.); experience with ERP/POS systems—Entersoft preferred.

Excellent command of English (written and spoken), with strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

Highly analytical and detail-oriented, delivering a high degree of accuracy and capable of identifying inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with both operational and corporate teams and present insights clearly.

High level of integrity, confidentiality, and ownership of data accuracy; highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
