Support the reservations team with daily administrative tasks.
Assist in handling incoming emails related to reservations.
Help with availability checks and basic booking entries in the system.
Update and maintain reservation information in the PMS (Opera) and CRM.
Support the team with reservation changes, cancellations, and follow-ups.
Communicate with internal departments to support smooth reservation operations.
Currently enrolled in studies related to Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a similar field.
Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems.
Attention to detail and a structured way of working.
Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and team-oriented mindset.
Interest in developing a career in Reservations or Hotel Operations.
