Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies aligned with the organization’s objectives to attract, retain, and motivate employees; contribute to the employer value proposition with competitive and sustainable frameworks.
Lead job analysis, evaluation, and benchmarking processes, ensuring appropriate structure for new roles, re-evaluation of existing ones, and consistent application of compensation policies.
Oversee the research, design, implementation, and administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives, along with related policies and internal controls.
Conduct regular market research and data analytics to ensure competitiveness, cost efficiency, and to provide strategic insights to senior management on total rewards effectiveness.
Manage annual salary reviews and ensure data integrity, reliable validation processes, and accurate compensation and benefits-related data, supporting decision-making with robust analytics.
Drive continuous improvement, digitalization, and automation of compensation and benefits processes, and provide guidance to the team to optimize workflows and mitigate risks.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Compensation Professional) are a plus.
5–8 years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits, including 1–3 years in a leadership role; experience in a consultancy firm is a plus.
Strong strategic thinking, decision-making, and leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
In-depth knowledge of compensation practices, benefits administration, and employment regulations, ensuring compliance and alignment with best practices.
Advanced proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with strong skills in leveraging insights for strategic compensation and benefits decisions.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, along with proficiency in HRIS and relevant software applications.
