Implement regional strategies with trade partners for Sani and Ikos, focusing on the Sani Suite Collection/Ikos Deluxe Collection to increase revenues and ADR.
Conduct regional sales trips in the GCC market to cover key accounts, family offices, and roadshows with our main partners.
Identify and develop key deliverables to support RSO strategy through sales tools and programs such as the Travel Agent Portal, incentive programs, and Ambassador Club initiatives to boost brand engagement.
Provide daily account management of key Tour Operator partners to ensure robust marketing plans, set targets through key account development plans, and increase market share and revenues.
Identify, build, and maintain strong internal and external client relationships and industry partners (tourist offices, airlines, associations, consortia) to help achieve RSO targets.
Collaborate with Marketing in Head Office Greece to deliver trade sales and marketing activities (trade emails, flyers, newsletters, BDM requests, promotional items), create approved presentation materials and procedures for brand consistency, and ensure brand standards are adhered to by monitoring RSO plans for hosted client events, familiarization trips, trade and consumer shows, and sales calls, providing all tools needed to support these activities.
GCSE, A Level Education.
BA or BSc minimum.
Market language fluent in Arabic and English language proficient.
MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint proficiency.
5–7 years’ experience in the Travel Industry in a similar Sales and Marketing position, with proven ability to identify and profile new market opportunities, maintain competitive product knowledge, and make strategic or tactical recommendations to increase market share and revenues.
Extensive GCC market knowledge and experience – 5–7 years’ experience.
